NAC2025 Reminded Me Why I Love This Industry

While I sometimes dread another tradeshow in Las Vegas (can we pick another city, please? 😅), I’m so glad I attended NAC2025 a few weeks ago.

It reminded me why I love the payments industry.

After 20+ years, it’s not just about the ATMs, teller cash recyclers or digital signage — it’s about the people.

Catching up with longtime friends.

Meeting the next generation of ATM deployers.

And yes, getting a firsthand look at new products and services shaping our space.

Most importantly, it’s about hearing directly from our elected officials — like Congressman Scott Fitzgerald — on why building a stronger, smarter, and more secure payments ecosystem matters for everyone in the U.S.
