The Best Marketing Starts with the Customer, Not the Industry
Great marketing doesn’t start with industry jargon or product features. It starts with the customer problem. Don't Judge a Case Study by the Size of the Customer
Is one ATM worth a case study? Most marketers would probably say no. I saw it differently. One small community bank, one customer interview, and one overlooked story became a reminder that the best customer stories aren't defined by the size of the customer. They're defined by how many prospects share the same challenge. That's a lesson that has shaped the way I think about customer marketing, demand generation, and creating content that drives results.
